Sheila Shockey has worked in the Kansas City region as a staff member and a consultant for local governments since 1989. She has specific experience in developing new government programs; improving existing programs; securing new sources of revenue; complying with regulations; measuring program performance; developing comprehensive plans and educating and involving the public.

Leigh Barnhart has more than two decades of experience in communications with a special emphasis in local government programs involving diverse media, public relations and citizen interaction for successful community growth and development.

Carla Dods is an environmental scientist who has 20 years of experience on projects involving watershed and stream protection, green space preservation, and low impact development.

Patty Gentrup is an innovative facilitator and public process designer with extensive experience developing community needs assessments. She is a former city administrator and has a master’s degree in Public Administration.

Darla Liebl is Shockey Consulting's art director and specializes in public participation campaigns, direct mail pieces, displays, proposals and website design.

Erin Ollig is an urban and environmental planner with experience planning parks, developing comprehensive plans and with stormwater and sanitary sewer issues. She was Shockey Consulting’s on-site public participation coordinator for Kansas City’s Wet Weather Solutions Program.

Beth Quindry has more than ten years of experience in local government. She has specific experience with public participation, financial planning, contract administration, performance measures, budgeting, financial analysis and surveys.

Barb Sadler is Shockey Consulting's meeting planner. She has many years of experience with non-profit organizations, development of marketing materials and human resources administration.

Molly Saunders has more than ten years of experience in public administration with a special emphasis in budgeting and extensive experience in all aspects of planning and zoning processes.
