Management Assistance, City of Gardner, Kansas: Prepared major Street System Plan request for proposals. Researched and prepared recommendation for parks and recreation governance structure.

Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy: Worked with City of Overland Park staff to develop a strategic framework for energy efficiency and conservation as part of the city's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (ECBG) funding application through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Gathered data, wrote the strategy, and assisted in application requirements and in navigating the application process.
