- Developed watershed management programs and plans, assessed watersheds for stormwater management units and developed a mitigation program.
- Project manager for wetland delineation and permitting projects.
- Experienced in presenting technical material to public officials and the general public as well as gathering and assessing comments and opinions from various stakeholders.
- Designed and installed native landscaping.
- Provided stormwater management services including stream assessments and conceptual designs of rain gardens, bioretention units and a wet prairie during redevelopment of existing property. Missouri Stream Team Level 2 trained.

- Conducted HAZWOPER and Hazardous Materials Spill Response Training for 12 years throughout the country to construction, transportation and consulting employees.
